yes, definitely. i'm looking forward to seeing them. there are some people who seem to want to spoil the cute baby thread :woo:
Hi All! Things went a little unexpectedly so our planned homebirth ended up with a delivery in the hospital. My labor started around 3:30 and thing progressed very well. Around 8pm though the fluid became green (my water had broken that morning) meaning baby was stressed and had passed meconium (poo in layman's terms). I was relatively close to delivering so the ride to the hospital was rough. We made it but barely...I started feeling the urge to push about 3mins from the hospital. I was instructed not to push until the OB arrived but baby came anyway about 18mins after we arrived. She had an infection due to the meconium so had to spend several days in the nursery with oxygen, fluids and an antibiotic. I was able to finally hold her late Thursday night. We came home yesterday and I've been in baby heaven ever since  . I absolutely love every minute with her.... Which reminds me LOL, we had a baby girl on Tuesday, May 1st at 9:11pm. Rachel Anne weighed 7lbs 11oz and was 18in long. She's positively gorgeous!! I'll send a pic of the future black belt as soon as I can . Thanks all for thinking of me! Kelly
