So far, a few speedbag rounds. Some ni tanbo and bo kata... Ended day with 1 hour sword. Toyama ryu kata 1-4, Shinkendo all Ichimonji level kata, some box sparring-did some instruction for my rohai who hasn't done sparring before.
No more Capoeira? Seems like it'd be a great fit for you since it blends two of your passions (martial arts and dance). I mean, if someone ever found a way to combine kung fu and cooking, I'd be all over that!

Been stir crazy, so last night-jogged 'round the block. That bugged my shins, so this afternoon I went to a track down the road for another jog round the softball field. A city block or so, I reckon. Still not enjoying this healing business, but it's good to improve running and cardio.
