    1 hour ballet. Adagio and allegro. Cool combinations including preparing tour jete forward, which was new to me. :O :)

    Short on time, so ab stuff and cardio.
    Did the ab workout by Athlean X and Elizabeth Williams(cirque du soleil), 5 minutes each. PAIN.

    Back to this thing! I keep getting busy once I finish something to put in here. :/ kurwa. 1 hour ballet, 9/1 Adagio and petit allegro. Hoping for a grand allegro again soon.

    1.5 hours ballet at Ballet Arizona. Loving my new studio. :D Just started here 2 weeks ago. Anyhoo, barre, adagio, allegro, grand allegro, another brief adagio, coda.
