I roll my ankle alot more than I would hope, and try to be careful not to, but I still roll them almost everytime I go out for a run. Is getting ankle braces my only option for my weak ankles or does anyone know another way?
i'm sure there are exercises you can do to strengthen your ankles, i'm just not sure of it. ankle braces/tape sounds like a winner.

What does it mean to roll over? I'm curious as everytime I go to football practice we have to do sprints and every time I land on my right foot for the first time I feel like my ankle is out of place and it kinda gets stuck in the ground and I wobble and lose speed. Is that it?
