I have much the same question as Simon does... from a biomechanical standpoint why would that drill be better with a weight vest on? What does adding the weight vest achieve? I'm genuinely curious how you arrived at this conclusion.
hahaha... yeah I think eventually I broke every one of the bands I used in those videos. Bands don't last forever sadly. But not to worry... once I'm up tomorrow and at 'em I'll dig up the brands... there were only one or two brands... if I recall. I ordered in bulk at the same time as one of the gyms that I run clients through so I got them at a good price and they were worth it.
