I am just given you my opinion, yes I have, no im not a troll. Maybe my "love of Budda" thing was a little strong. I m just trying to say that as far as Im aware not many children supplement their training with weights at that age, and there is probably a reason for it. Having made that point there does seem to be reasons that weights could be beneficial, Im just saying that at 9 years old damage could be peermament with growing bodys. Just my opinion. One reason that many kids dont take up weights could be that it takes a certain amount of time and effort... most kids dont have the staying power or discipline...
