i guess it is fairly close i was probalbly being a weenie. when i wrote that. also ...you are not horrible at giving instructions....and described a very good running program
this is a good thread. im planning to start runnning myself this week as need to get back to fighting fitness.. think im gonna this tech a go.. my stamina is truely appaling at present.
I can't offer any advice on running. As i've never ran myself as I find it boring as hell. As for the pushups, I remember the first day that I decided to do it, I couldn't even do one. I would start in up position, and then gradually lower my arms until they reach until halfway, at which point I'd collapse and hit my nose on the ground. =( What I did was just keep trying. (and not from my knees). Just do as much of a pushup as you can. Then try again later in the day. After one or two weeks of this I could already manage ten. So don't worry about your pushups. Progress comes quickly at this stage. Just need to keep trying.
