Video shows how to isolate muscles, not regular stuff.

    I think it's a cool video, just want to share with everybody.

    See the last exercise. I never seen this kind before.

    None of those are isolation exercises but there are some nice variations, thanks for the vid.

    its impossible to isolate muscles, there will always be a muscle group working in opposition plus those push up variations work the triceps, chest and shoulders regardless of angle.

    not a fan of those exercises but a good video none the less for bodyweight trainers :)

    As was said, there was no real discussion of isolating muscles. But he did show variations which emphasize certain mucle groups over others.

    Craig Ballantyne also has a pretty cool [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtcH9JUzurY]video of push-up variations.[/ame] The last one he shows, the one-hand elevated, is an absolute killer. I was sore for a solid week when I first tried it.

    And the Spider-Man push-ups are crazy on the hip flexibility.
