Doctor gace me some exercices to strengthen the tendons. Thought I would share it here...

First one is for the tendon connecting the biceps.
Basically you do a bicep curl, then you raise your elbow as high as possible (in front of you) and then make a big circular movement by moving your hand holding the weight upwards, then forwards and then downwards to starting position.

Second one is for a tendon in forearm.
Do a reverse wrist curl but do not use the muscle, instead let your other hand "help" to raise the weight as high as possible. Then the hand holding the weight has to lower it slowly. I found this personally quite hard (probably because that tendon was injuried worst)

Doctor also told me these exercices are good for warm-up but don't go too heavy in the beginning. Start low and high rep.
