I've been doing the pushups every hour thing for a few weeks now and noticed it is helping the number i can do (gone from 5 to 20) - so im thinking perhaps the same thing would work for pull ups. And if so, is this bar going to be good? Its also because my I dont want my tricep turning bigger than my bicep from neglect... lol!
Of course its going to work. Its basic fitness. If you want to be able to do more pullups, guess what, do pullups. Go get that bar and use it like you stole it!
Your triceps actually should be bigger than your biceps at rest though... they make up about 2/3 of the arms musculature.
meh I dunno that... lol... judging by my previous attempts at pullups it wont be difficult to out-do the pulls with pushups --- im crap lol
