Pistols and One Armed BB Lifts

    'pistols' or one leg squats are awesome indeed.

    if your not doing them, do them.

    at first they are hard, some balance is required, as well as strength, but its eccellent for jumping, kicking, knee strengh..balance.i do them in almost every leg workout.

    so do'em i say, plus its cool when you can do them and noone else in the room can, lol.
