As part of my rehab I have been advised to build my workout routines around pilates. I have this advice given to me by four different professionals so it is time I started doing it. Just a quick question for those already doing it. The recommendation I have is three times a week for up to an hour each time. Now for a busy guy like me that is a lot of my available workout time, especially when I factor in an evening or two of martial arts classes and some ma training at home. My question is whether this is enough to maintain all round health and fitness. There seems to be an obvious lack of pulling motions, among other potential imbalances.
