Hello. I have been experiencing pain in my hip (just restarted training after couple years break) while doing round and side kicks. I had pain on the outside of my hip, which I found is dramatically lessened if I tilt my pelvis forward (read several articles telling me to do this) while kicking. However, I am still experiencing some pain on the inside of my hips, below my stomach. Sort of where the inner thighs and upper thighs connect. Any suggestions of how to be more careful about this, or to stretch to lessen the pain in the inside part of the hips. When I do splits and side splits, I mostly steal feel the stretch in my legs and not in my hips because its been a while.
