    Ok, so I don't need to lose much in the way of fat, a little, but I'm not worried about that.

    I do on the other hand need to put on some weight. I'm lifting fairly heavy weights (not many reps for me!), but I really don't know much about nutrition.

    High calorie high protein low fat? I'm guessing here, help me out :rolleyes:

    High calorie
    Moderate fat
    Low / moderate carb
    Lots of sleep & water
    Good multi-vit & mineral

    Very high protein and strict high intensity workout program.

    for proper growth u need atleast 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of lean blody weight.

    anything else u really should go and look at some body building magazines, the tips they have for nutrition for mass building are very good (i like flex magazine personally)


    they have good information on types of fats and types of carbs and when's best to eat them etc etc.

    That seems like a hell of a lot of protein?

    Or do I just not buy enough tuna???

    you can always use protein shakes...
