OK so hey, since i started all this fitness thing, Ive lost over 2stone. In the past week I lost another 4lbs. My BMI has dropped by 0.5 in this week too. My diet has changed and I have more energy. OK so my leg is knackered and needs fixing but hey that'll come (I hope). I've used lots of diet alteration and workout information from this forum, and I visit this forum much more than either of my MAs. I know for a fact it is down to the information so readily available in this forum Ive made the change. This weekend I was away with the cadets and I kept hearing "you've lost loads of weight" "you've got a flat stomach now" etc. So cheers contributors to the H&F Forum, and I hope that this isnt the end of the getting into shape thing I've set myself on!
