Welcome to MAP. I have to say you have a poor routine. You are massively overtraining in some areas and lacking in others. If you want to be a champion fighter you need to be training under a certified coach in a proper class. That coach will put you on a training programme fit for someone of your age. At 14 you should be getting your fitness from being out with your mates, climbing trees, swimming, biking, climbing trees etc. That combined with kickboxing two or three times per week and you'll be a demon by the time you are 19.
When do you actually train at a kickboxing gym? If you don't, I'd say that should be your first priority.
I forgot to mention I do go to gym but they don't teach you anything, you do is do what they tell you like this combination or do this or that, and then run around,it costs 700 dollars for 10 hours of personal training. That's why I'm going to a real boxing gym soon.Is there any workouts I should take out or put in?
Don't you have a better way of spending 4 hours at 14? When I was your age my 'training' consisted of gojo ryu 2-3 times a week and weekends spent from 9am till 9pm out on my bike with friends in the woods, jumping over things.
run a little, jump a little, swim a little, take up a sport at school if your parents let you then lift some weights keep training to a maximum of an hour a day but most importantly have fun
