increasing arm size

    A larger muscle has the potential to generate more force, even strength athletes (powerlifter, strong man and even oly lifters) have hypertrophy macro cycles in their programs.

    It may have the potential, but without the proper method-technique, it is just for "looks"

    If you want bigger arms, do more arm work, focus more on the triceps since they make up 2/3 of the arm's mass. /thread :)
