Last week Ive found the Hyperextension equipment and thought it was a good idea for a workout. So after watching a few people do hyperextensions I thought I would give it a go. The first set of ten was good, but the next set, I crushed my nuts. Are there any suggestions on how to not crush your nuts while doing Hyperextensions
You gotta wiggle around a bit. I've had that happen numerous times on the glute ham raise machine. Its quite unpleasant.
When I do them I always scoot foward so my nuts are past the cushion thing. Either that or find one that has a gap in that area just for that reason : P.
