Hyperextensions - Help!

    Last week Ive found the Hyperextension equipment and thought it was a good idea for a workout. So after watching a few people do hyperextensions I thought I would give it a go. The first set of ten was good, but the next set, I crushed my nuts. Are there any suggestions on how to not crush your nuts while doing Hyperextensions

    Well, if you did crush is.
    Serve them with sugar.

    They get in the way of nearly all M/A. Have them removed!

    You gotta wiggle around a bit. I've had that happen numerous times on the glute ham raise machine. Its quite unpleasant.

    When I do them I always scoot foward so my nuts are past the cushion thing. Either that or find one that has a gap in that area just for that reason : P.

    I can't imagine crushed testicles are very appealing to Females.
