I have anterior tilt so should I try to increase my hip flexion range of motion? I cant bring my knee to my chest while keeping my back off the ground like Bill Hartman recomends here. http://billhartman.net/blog/2007/08...geted-mobility/ I can do it better with my left leg but when I try it with my right I realy struggle to keep the back off the ground and Should I pull it with my arms or just use my hip flexors.
