Help with training schedule

    Hi.

    I am a very busy man, so I have troubles finding time to do my training.

    Do you think that I could get any results with this type of training (if there are moves you don't understand, please ask me):

    Week 1 / 8

    Tuesday:

    Morning:

    squats
    20 kg weight vest calfs
    Horse stance
    Slow moving horse stance

    Evening (M):

    Plank
    Wide push-ups
    Narrow push-ups
    Bike abs
    back lifts

    Night:

    Side horse stances
    Slow moving side horse stances


    Wednesday (nothing)


    Thursday:


    Morning:

    Plank
    Bike abs
    Pillow aided side abs

    Evening:

    Narrow pull-ups
    Wide reverse grip pull-ups – lateral moving
    Side horse stance
    20 kg weight vest calfs

    Night:

    push-up position knee-to-elbow
    swinging plank


    Friday:


    Morning:

    Simultaneous supermen
    Alternating supermen

    Evening:

    Wide push-ups
    Narrow push-ups
    Bike abs
    pillow aided abs

    Night:

    Static back
    up and down inching torso


    Saturday (nothing)


    Sunday:


    Morning:

    Side Planks
    Reaching for toes
    Clap next to legs
    Semi-wide pull-ups

    Evening:

    2 v 1 running at school field for 24 min (16 min run)
    Torso lifts, backs
    alternating lifts

    Night:

    Narrow push-ups
    Wide push-ups
    Narrow Pull-ups

    To tell you the truth, I haven't had the time to train martial arts in the past 4 years, apart from a few days now and again.


    My goals are to get as much strength and endurance with as little work as possible, not because of laziness, but because of timeconstraints.
