hamstring

    hi all

    any tips on a hamstring that is improving, slowly, but improving none the less.

    8 months now and i still get the odd twinge and it goes back a day or two and then gets better and better. I'm doing a couple of stretches (heel on floor upper body moving towards knee and strengthening the front thigh) which are slowly working

    as a consequence i have trained one bit since it all began.

    any tips at all?
