Hey, how's it going. Was just curious if any follow any GMB programs or is a fan of their work. Not intentionally trying to plug anything, but for me their stuff is a great fit. There's so much out there it can be overwhelming in regards to options whether for strength, mobility and control. For me skill based strength work is the way to go and have recently signed on to their integral strength program. So in the upcoming weeks I'll be working on things like L sits, pull ups etc. I'm already on their flexibility program and have done elements (basics of locomotion) as well as being on Vitamin (movements/motor control). Looking forward I would like to progress to floor and possibly parallets skills. Just love what these guys do really, that's all. Really good for those of us getting on in years.
