Does anyone have info about any recent discoervies or research that is being conducted in universities that would fall under the fitness catagories? You might always hear about recent discoveries and breakthroughs in the health and fitness field and i'd really like to be in on the ones and progress and i would love to learn about the intresting and revolutionary discoveries that have recently been discovered (since 2000).
