Looks like yet another out of context bodybuilding "secret of the month" when what MARTIAL ARTISTS need is good honest basic HARD WORK! Forget gimmicks and secret new miraculous this & that - get your ass in the gym & TRAIN! Lift weights - BIG weights - BIG COMPOUND lifts. Throw away the pink plastic dumbells - smash the posing mirrors - SWEAT!!!!!!!

YODA if you took the time to read it you would have found out that it tells you to lift and lift heavy whilst inbetween sets you do heavy streching which if you knew anything is one of the keys to muscle growth. Food is also a big factor in this. This program is not for the lazy. It is all about pushing yourself to your limit. When most people get a good pump, in the chest for example they don't stretch. I used to do the "bodybuilding" workout thingy you gave me matt, but I bought a membership to the YMCA here and I lift weights in there gym, I told the guy I do MA and he helped me out with lifting and stuff. I hope people at the Y know what they are talking about...
LOOK UNLESS YOU TAKE THE JUICE YOU CANNOT GET BIG....... you will never be 110-130 kg at 6% with out the juice... it is a dream...............................................................................................
