I had a thought guys. If you have a workout after a meal (about 30 mins afterwards) would it counteract the insulin levels in your blood and therefore reduce fat gain?
When I exercise after eating a meal (after half an hour) I tend to feel sick. I wait two hours before I exercise. That of course depends on the exercise. I don't think it should be too much of a problem with weight lifting. I don't know, I don't like the idea of working out after half an hour after a meal.
I never have that problem, usually ther's an hour break but half an hour is the minimum for me. Anything less then I feel sick.
