Ok I took a knee to the head in training today, the cut was about an inch long and I went down to A&E and got it glue-stitched up. Just wondering if anybody knows any ways to make it heal any faster possibly? (Apart from follow the doctor's advice obviously!)

    Cheers

Go buy a tube of neosporan or vasatracen(Sp?). Both of those are proven to help a wound heal quicker with less risk of infection, just do not apply it on skin for over a week or else it may deteriorate the outer layer of skin.

Other than that I suggest you don't stretch the skin around the cut.

You could use butterfly bandages. + neosporin. That should do just fine.

Those silver healing band-aids are pretty sweet, if a tad pricey.
