Creatine on a Stomach Ulcer

    I was just wondering if any one would know if the creatine would case a stomach ulcer to flare up?


    I found out last week that I have one and was wondering if anyone else had carried on taking creatine with one.

    Hi BBurns1066,

    I am not sure on te specifics, but will find out for you.

    My gut feeling on the matter would be to consult your doctor, i would say that if you have stomach ulsers i would wait until they are healed before taking anything you do not take normally.

    Very doubtful. There are many causes for stomach ulcers but a small dose of creatine is relatively insignificant.

    Cheers, I was thinking about going to see the doctor but dont want to waste his time.

    I was thinking about doing the CEE creatine, as I got some left over from before.
