i have just emailed them right this moment. Hopefully i will get a reply within 24 hours as the website says.

thanks for trying, its appreciated. but, that is the same email address i emailed. and i still have no reply the website says they reply within 24hours! i have used other stretching machines and they're flimsy in comparison to this. i really didnt want to change.
