    Hi,

I have a CoC #1 and I am having trouble with the last mm. I usually try to do some reps at the end of my workout. Anyone know the best way of training these things. Would I have to do them more than 3 times a week, or do forced close isometrics. I can close the #2 I also bought, to the width of the coc #1's handle would GTG be a good Idea?

My hands are really small even compared to my small size which I imagine doesn't help. I might try using some chalk when I use them, at the moment I just use chalk for pull ups.

Do the reps away from your workout, and some reps of the no 2, whilst your grip is fresh.
Whatever your goal is, a few mm doesn't matter that much.

Negatives. Force it closed, then open it slowly.

Thanks. How many negatives? About 5 - 10 per hand?

As many as you can do under control. Perform an isometric hold for a few seconds before each rep.
