    I'm going out to a big complex to do caveman training with my MMA coach and the other guys who's fighting on the same card. Should be interesting and I'll try and get some pics :)

    I tried caveman training once.

    Mrs. Kuma was not happy about being clubbed over the head and dragged by her hair.

    Yeah, this will be AFTER the MMA class too. Easily the hardest hour of any given week. My Saturdays just got less fun.
