Hey I need to know how to burn off some fat because it doesn't really look too good and I think it's what's causing me to sweat so much in Wing Chun.
It's not like fat that goes hanging out of my belly or anything, but if I lift my top up you can see it. I used to stuff my face every few seconds with junk food, and only now I've started to limit what I let myself eat a little bit.but how would I burn off any fat I have left?

tetsu ryu Death is always a option!

Get away from all carbonated beverages such as coke, mountain dew, etc.. Drink water or juice or milk instead. You need to get on a exercise program of some sort besides Wing Chun. Do you have any weights or training equipment that you use? Let us know what you have access to, and then we can help you. ;)

Do you play any sports at your school? That is a great way for a young person to stay healthy! And not to mention, it's fun! :D

    Tetsu Ryu :
I don't really have any training equipment, I don't know what happened to the weights my dad had either.
And no I don't play any sports at school, all they really have is football and I'm not a big fan of football (playing or watching).

Ah I see... I'm not a big football fan my self. I'd much rather watch a mma or kickboxing match..

Here is the body weight exercise forums of MAP where you can ask questions and look for answers as well.

This is an interesting read, and it will introduce you to the idea of tabatas, which are excellent for getting rid of fat.

This guy is sick! He's pretty much my hero. Check out his training videos on youtube or on his website. You'll get some good ideas and you'll be inspired.

If your interested in supplements I would say that these 5 are all you'll ever need.

I would suggest getting a pull-up bar and a medicine ball as minimal equipment.

I hope I've been of some help to you. Good luck. Remember.. "Fitness is not a goal, it is a path."

    Have fun. :D
