hey, here's an awesome leg workout that doesn't include hopping down the street on one leg or remembering a huge list of ways to kill your legs slowly and painfully (What ever works for you, Noib...). It's called a pistol squat, it's really a squat.....on one leg. This increases overall health, flexibility, running speed, and jump height. I love pistol squats. Im working on weighted ones/ jumping ones now Funnily enough I only tried them because I couldnt do full back squats (no gym, no powerrack, no spotter) but I have rather fallen in love with them.
