ok guys i have heard that asthama have no cure... or something like that.. but intrestingly i have seen positive results with some Prayanama Excercises(don't worry its not kundalini Prayanama) one of my Dad's freind used inhaler n after learning prayanama frm my dad he gave positive response n in month or so he stopped using inhaler at all... kinda weird... but true... i have more similar stories... all true... i knew prayanma is darn good but didn't knew if it cured or almost cured asthama...i have done it too n i can't justify cuz i was always in good shape... india is hit by prayanama Fad... n people r doing it... and it's good. it's a kind of news i couldn't stop myself sharing with u ppl if anyone is intrested in knowing more u can mail me... -TkdWarrior-
