Hi, this question might seem silly to some, it goes like this: when someone mentions reps and sets(specifically weight lifting reps and sets), for example if i am doing 2 sets of 10 bench presses, does it mean, i do 10 bench press, rest and then do 10 again? or do 20 bench presses without stopping, or what? sorry if it seems stupid, but id rather risk that and know for sure. thanks for any input.
