http://www.fadavis.com/related_resources/1_1866_1.pdf I was looking for ways to activate my lower trapezius as I dont think it works on my left side. If I do the scapular wall slide keeping my forearms, bum and head in contact with the wall and push my elbow back I dont feel it in my left lower trapezius how can I make it work?
I don't know what a scapular wall slide is & it's not mentioned by that name in your link. Wouldn't simple cable rows be the best test for this?
