Hello.I'm very happy that i discovered this gold mine, MAP forum I've started to read the training section.I've read the articles for strenght training but everywhere writes about trainings for adults.In my case, at the age of 16 I don't think it fits for me.Please tell me if I'm wrong , if there is any article for teengaers training or advices,anything! Thank you for what are you doing MAP!
Your a big boy now Just go with the recommendations for adults. If you were 13 it might be different but at 16 I wouldn't worry.
