All, I actually practice Hapkido, but know that Aikidoka are masters at locks; I wondered if anyone had a good resource or DVD recommendation for a flow drill so I can see and practice them flowing together? Thanks Guys!
For aikido -- don't I wish. I've never seen one. If you find one, do share! I saw a Paul Vunak video with wrist lock and arm lock flow drills. Everything in his drills could be done in an aikido way. There was nothing an aikido student wouldn't recognize. You guys in hapkido have essentially the same locks we have, just tweaked here and there, so I'd expect you would appreciate and understand the video too. Unfortunately I can't remember the name. Doh! But it was Paul Vunak.
