How many versions of the kata wolverine are there? First I heard Bob Degleish (sp?) made one, and three were developed from that one. but recently I've heard talk of more being made (aside from suped-up competition katas) how many do you know/think/believe there are?
WOLVERINE ? Since it is not one of the original, I bet many guys used that name for what they made up.
Hey Rhineville, I also train in Sudbury. Our Sensei is a BB of Hanshi Yogi, who was Sensei Bob's last senior student. I have been told that Sensei Bob did create the kata, I have seen a few variations or more accurately, I have seen BB from Benoits and other schools comparing their versions. Sensei Bob died 25 years ago, and it appears the various schools in Sudbury have modified it slightly over that time.
