    I always have my bag in the car or someplace handy. Currently I have managed to stuff in there.


    • Tokon Karate Gi
    • Atama BJJ Gi
    • KI Judo Gi
    • Twins Muay Thai Shorts
    • A pair of Sprawl MMA shorts and a pair of Hayabusa shorts
    • Rev Gear Hand Wraps
    • 16 Oz. Title gloves
    • 4 Oz. Hayabusa MMA Gloves
    • OTM Bag Gloves
    • A pair of Adidas WKF hand mitts
    • RevGear Shin guards
    • Some gym towels
    • A Hayabusa rash guard, and a BadBoy Rashguard
    • A cup and Shock doctor compression shorts
    • Stop Watch
    • Tape
    • 2x2 Gauze
    • A pure water bottle
    • BSN NO-Explode
    • Probably a handful of gym towels
    • Sandals
    • Everlast focus mitt

    Yet I keep loosing my Mouthpiece. I swear there are little aliens that come down in the night and steals them.:Alien:

    One dry (no electric scoring) sabre
    Two electric epees
    Epee body cord
    Armorer's toolkit (a dozen spare tip screws, a few spare tips, a few spare tip springs, a spare barrel and wires, shims and weights for checking an epee's compliance with FIE regulations, a small scoring box for checking whether the epee and the bodycord are working properly, various wrenches)
    ...and...
    hoodie (an essential, always).

    compression top
    gym trainers
    knee support bandage for my dodgy knee (just in case)
    Arnica cream (sometimes)
    License (if I need it on any particular day)
    gym towel (which at the moment is a largeish tea towel as I don't know where my gym one is. How the hell do you lose a towel?!)
    big bottle of water/small bottle of isotonic drink
    protein bar or protein/protein + extra crap shake

    Other bags may carry more armour. If I'm travelling a distance, or training for the entire day, I'll have washkit, towel, trainers, trousers and t shirt in a bag within my main kit bag.
