To the ladies of MAP!

I know quite a few girls at my Jits club. Almost all solid blues, and one purple I know of. Personally deep down inside I hope they continue to succeed to help bridge that gap in MA. Personally I feel Jiu-Jitsu to be the leveling ground where women can nullify the natural advantages men have in fighting by developing their own unique submission and ground games.

I also quite enjoy having women who I know can go from grappling matches to "other" activities at a moments notice.....ugh my friends train in and who are dating girls who do BJJ.....so jealous. Gotta go to more tournaments and find me one of those

 

There is NOTHING hotter than a girl that can fight. Especially grapple.

 

KF - nice post. There are just as many guys at my dojo who are extremely supportive of me, their praise surprises me and to be included and respected is the best feeling. I still appreciate the fact they treat me well because I'm a girl. I can't lie and say I don't play up that fact but there are so many mixed messages, expectations. The best thing is that once you're on the mats it goes out the window.

NK - a girl that can fight and pwn you is probably much hotter
