    Hi All...
Here's a link to the original colour images from "The Flower of Battle" - An Italian, manuscript from about 1410

Fiore dei Liberi / Fiore de' Liberi da Premariacco was a master of the Bolognese school of fencing in northern Italy and his work is now the primary source today for our knowledge of 15th century Italian fighting arts.

    Pass it on...

This is the manual I allways refere to in our discussions, and have trained for 5 years. Nice to see that an onlineversion of one of the 3 surviving Fiore manuscripts finally is back. There was one available previously, but it was closed.

This version starts with wresteling, continues with dagger, goes to 2h/1h sword, then pollaxes, then spears, and finally (horse)mounted combat techniques.

Thanks for the links, now it will be easier to link to techniques in discussions
