Had an awesome time at the DART Sim Day today. If anyone has ever considered going to one I strongly recommend it. This was my 4th one and I had a whale of a time. Really got some good insights into training too.
Thanks Ben. Although it was a small group, and (excepting you) all DART Karate suits, I was very happy with the way the training day came together. Some great progress from my students from their last day plus some clear cut things to work on over the next few months. I really liked your stuff today. You're definitely in the running for the title of 'Mr Kick'.
