No this is not a celebration of passing to the next belt, or having a birthday. This is a celebration of my decision of getting in shape, starting MA again, and taking care of my body! I have stopped eating junk food as my primary food group, and started eating healthier foods like whole grain bread instead of white bread. I just met with my personal trainer today, awesome guy. We already got a workout plan going, and now I'll be headed to the YMCA gym 3 times a week. Then after a couple weeks of weight training I'll be headed back to Kempo to start that up again. Very excited!
