    Nicked this from another forum, seems to be some sort of Japanese Taiji and Karate get together, some interesting bits in that vid, the Taiji guy moves quite well.

    This may draw some fire but I think Okinawan karate has probably done a better job of preserving real Chinese kung fu than most kung fu schools.

    May well be right... I personally have not been to most kung fu schools so can’t make such sweeping statements :p
