Ouch. Take care of yourself, I know it can even be hard to sleep with hurt ribs because of the pain.
Thanks for the kind thoughts guys. It really isn’t that bad, I just need to be careful with what I do at training for a while. It was just a bit ironic after having posted some posts on the need to train without causing injuries. It also highlights that just because the training is simulated it doesn’t mean that it is without risks or soft, as the disclaimer on my membership forms advises, “martial arts is a dangerous activity”.
