Hi Actually thats not true. The law was altered the other year to state that if you are a collector, practitioner or re-enacter then you are permitted to own, buy etc They are not 100% exact if you want to throw shuriken. This is a koryu forum for koryu stuff and modern throwing knives is not really koryu is it. They whole concept of studying and throwing shuriken and the same with a throwing knife is slightly different. I can see your point but If you want to throw shaken then a knife is not going to be good enough.
