    OK, thought I'd finally do it....

    I'll log occasional stuff...

    Today at gym for two hours of stuff... 3 sets of 6 reps at 40Kg on the shoulder press machine and later in the session the same again - although the last set was 4 + 1 wait, huff-puff + 1 wait, huff-puff-grunt...

    Now 40Kg is not anything special BUT I was only able to do 15Kg (pain free) a few months ago.

    A very old injury made the shoulder press machine NOT my friend, but by keeping at it, 2 to 4 times a week... I am getting there...

    Spent an interesting few weeks in Guangzhou (China) - did a couple of weeks training in Liu He Ba Fa - that's going to be a major area of study for me for the next .... quite a while...
