hi folks just a couple of quick questions, first just wondering how many aikidoka use this web site from the Edinburgh areas? and second depending on numbers i was thinking about trying to get some people together who dont practice Iwama style Aikido but who would really like to learn proper Aiki ken and Aiki jo. I know many local schools dont have much weapons work or if they do they seem to be variations on Iaido or Kendo, jodo etc. which is good but if anyone is trully interested in learning the weapons system left directly to Saito sensei By the founder please let me no. It is so important to realise that there is no difference between buki waza and taijutsu they are the same, no difference at all. One only helps the other. So have a think about it folks..
