The pattern after Taibek(spelling?) I want to learn it, it will take me 1 hour to learn it, but no one teaches me it. I have to wait like 3 months. Do any of you guys/gals know it? Or a website, I have to learn it.
I know Pyongwon, tough form there's alot more to it than you think, probably take a little more than an hour to learn it . . . however if you do want to take some time and try to learn it on your own I would suggest a reference book. "Modern Taekwondo Training" By GM Soon Man Lee and Gaiten Ricke is a good book for wtf poomse reference, very specific and pretty much dead on with the kukkiwon textbook. You can probably find it at chapters, or at chapters.ca Hope that helps.
