I don't blame you for not using paypal to be honest, it seems to have a really shady reputation at the moment because of the chargeback system it has in place. More of a bother for sellers, from what I remember, but still dodgy sounding! In any case, yes, MAP has a forum that allows a little more flexibility of rules. You still can't do a lot of the things against the rules, like flame someone, sell stuff for free, etc, but the rules on profanity and adult content are somewhat less restrictive there. There are entire threads filled with Naughty jokes, for example To be perfectly honest, there's not as much activity in there as we'd like to see, so sign up and drag a few others in there with you
